Covid-19 Policy

Iocea is committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and ensuring business continuity for our customers. As restrictions have been eased, we are making gradual steps on returning to the office. We have enhanced our health and hygiene policies within the office environment and are continuing to take advice from the Government. Our office has been altered to adhere to social distancing guidelines and PPE equipment has been provided.

In the event of a further lockdown and if we are forced to close our office again, our support and development team are all setup to work from home via secure Virtual Private Networks and we also have the support of remote hands in our data centres. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and ensuring business continuity for our customers whilst following advice from the Government

Health & Safety Procedures for Meetings

As face to face meetings are beginning to take place again, we have outlined below our procedure for guests visiting the iocea office.

Upon entry to the iocea office we would ask that you sanitise your hands using the sanitiser provided in the reception area. Throughout the stay we ask that social distancing regulations are followed, and your hands are regularly sanitised.   When you arrive you will be asked to complete our visitor questionnaire. This data will be used to contact yourself in the event that a member of our team has present with symptoms which may affect you.

If you have any of the symptoms outlined in the questionnaire, or a member of your household does, we will be unable to grant you entry. Our staff have been briefed also so they are not to enter the office if they, a member of their household, or if they have been informed, they may have been in contact with COVID-19 symptoms.

The meeting area is fully cleaned before and after every visit and the seating arranged to meet social distancing requirements. During our meetings we did not plan to wear face masks, as we are able to socially distance however if you want to wear your own masks please feel free to do so and if we requested, we are also more than happy for the members of our team in the meeting to wear a face mask.

If you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
